Every product with the exception for our Sunglasses is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIESPlease allow 3-5 business days for your package to reach its destination for international shipping. Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 to 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@loboleblanc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
